Merchandise Spotlight: Jar Jar Binks Loungefly Mini Backpack
I am a proud Star Wars Girlie. I grew up watching the original Star Wars movies and was excited when they released Star Wars Episode 1:The Phantom Menace in 1999. The character that I fell in love with in that movie and who is in the other 2 prelude films along with being in the Star Wars Clone Wars TV series is Jar Jar Binks. I feel he does not get the love/spotlight that he deserves, however The Jar Jar Binks Loungefly Mini Backpack does. This Star Wars Girlie can’t hold my excitement over this bag!
Details of the Jar Jar Binks Loungefly Mini Backpack

Outside
This Loungefly is a cosplay style Loungefly which is one of my favorite styles. This cosplay style features the character’s face looking over the front pocket. The cosplay style allows the character to shine. Other cosplay styles that have this similar style I featured on my blog include Princess Aurora, Princess Jasmine, Figment, Groot, and Gaston.
This mini backpack features brown and cream colors and a pop of coral for Jar Jar Binks’ face. The coral color of Jar Jar stands out beautifully against the brown and cream. Jar Jar Binks’ top half of his face is a sewn-on applique while the other part is like a screen print. I love how his yellow eyes stand out and shine against the coral.
The front pocket features Jar Jar’s brown vest outfit done with sewn-on appliques. It is a simple design yet gives so much depth to the bag. The front pocket also features the Loungefly Logo metal plate with the Star Wars logo.
The zipper pull of the front pocket is the Star Wars logo in a gold color, which matches the rest of the zipper hardware on the bag. The main pocket zippers have the typical Loungefly zipper pulls.
This Loungefly has two side pockets, which is seen in most Loungefly styles. Some Loungefly mini backpacks do not have side pockets.
On the back of the bag is a screen print image of Jar Jar being his goofy adorable self. The image captures Jar Jar’s personality.
Like most Loungefly mini backpacks, this Loungefly is made from simulated leather, has adjustable straps, and a top handle loop.
Inside
The liner of this bag is a beautiful coral color with different images of Jar Jar being his true goofy and clumsy self in an all-over print. I love it! Also on the liner are bubbles in various sizes.
There is no inside pocket in this bag.

This bag measures roughly 9” W x 10.5” H x 4.5” D.
