Merchandise Spotlight: Amazon Exclusive Groot Loungefly Mini Backpack
I want to jam out in the galaxy with my birthday present from the hubs. He got me the Amazon Exclusive Groot Loungefly Mini Backpack and the matching wallet! I literally screamed and then cried when I saw them. They are freaking adorable! They came in just in time for me to use them when we go and see the Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3.
Details of the Amazon Exclusive Groot Loungefly Mini Backpack
This Loungefly is a cosplay style of the adorable Groot, one of my favorite Marvel characters!
Outside
The front of the mini backpack features the cute face of baby Groot. It is in a style that I am calling a cartoon aesthetic.
One of my favorite details of the bag is that Groot is wearing headphones. It takes me back to the scene in the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 where he is in full-out jam mode/dancing while all the other Guardians are in battle. The headphones are sewn-on appliques. They help give the bag some depth.
Behind his head at the top are some green velvet detailing to bring in the green/leaves that Groot has on top of his head. I almost missed this detail.
Another favorite detail of the bag is his eyes. They are doing a puppy eye look, which you cannot say no to! His eyes are like a vinyl material and also sewn on.
The front zipper pocket features the Comic Mix Vol 1 cassette tape. The zipper pull on the front pocket is a music note.
This bag has two side pockets that feature an embossed wood grain detail (as I would call it). It gives the bag some texture. On one of the side pockets is the Loungefly logo metal plate.
The wood grain texture found on the side pockets is also on the back of the bag.
Like most Loungefly mini backpacks, this bag has the Loungefly zipper pulls, a top handle, & padded adjustable straps. The majority of the bag is made out of faux leather.
Inside
The liner of this mini backpack features a forest green background with an all-over print of Groot wearing his headphones and some music notes.
It has one deep slip pocket inside for some extra storage.

This bag’s measurements are about 4 x 8.25 x 11.5 inches.

Outside
The front of the wallet is the exact same face of Groot wearing headphones that is on the mini backpack.
The back of the wallet features the same wood grain embossed texture in the mini backpack. The Loungefly metal logo plate is also found on the back.
The wallet features a coin zipper compartment that has a Loungefly zipper pull. The main compartment has a snap button closure.
There is a secret slot behind Groot’s head which you can use to store some things.
Inside
This wallet has storage. It has 8 card slots, with one of those being a clear id slot. There is a place to store your cash, along there are two slots under the card slots. The liner is the same liner that is in the mini backpack.
