One of my favorite activities to do for Halloween is dressing up. This year for Halloween, I am dressing up as Grogu, aka The Child/Baby Yoda from the Disney+ tv series, The Mandalorian. He is one of my favorite Disney Characters. Majority of pieces in my Grogu inspired outfit I already had. If I did not have an item, I made sure it was a piece I could wear with different options.

One of the best things about my Grogu inspired outfit which will make an excellent Disneybound outfit. Click here to see my blog post about Disneybounding as Disney Princess, in which I explain about Disneybounding.

My Grogu Inspired Outfit

R.Vivimos Women’s Autumn Winter Cotton Longe Sleeves Elegant Knitted Bodycon Tie Waist Sweater Pencil Dress

I ordered this dress from Amazon (available on my Amazon Storefront). I did not have anything in my closet to replicate Grogu’s cloak that he wears. This dress perfectly replicates the look of his cloak. It is comfortable, which is a must for me, especially when I am at the parks. I love the versatility of it(dress it up or down.) Tie on the dress can be tied in the front or tied in the back. The dress does come in other colors. Sizes range from Small to 2X.

The Child/Grogu Headband Ears

The Child/Grogu Headband Ears recreates the iconic look of Grogu’s ears. I bought these ears from shopDisney this past summer to go with my other Grogu/Manderlorian apparel.

Star Wars Mandalorian Dog Tag Necklace

If I wanted a little shine/bling with this inspired outfit, I would wear my Star Wars Mandalorian Dog Tag Necklace. I found this at a Tj Maxx in Orlando this past June. Both Din Djarin/Mando and Grogu are on the dog tag, along with the saying, “Stronger Than You Think.”

The Child/Grogu Crocs

I could pair some cute booties with this outfit, but I went with these Crocs. They perfectly go with the theme of my ensemble. These crocs will also be comfortable to wear at the Parks. I bought them during a sale on shopDisney a couple of months ago. I love the little detail of Grogu on each pair (not removable). Also, I love the metallic silver color. It gives me Star Wars vibes.

Star Wars Loungefly Backpack Featuring Grogu

No outfit is complete with the right bag/purse. So the bag I plan on using with this outfit is my Star Wars Loungefly Backpack Featuring Grogu. I did not buy this bag specifically for my inspired look. I am a big Grogu and Mandalorian fan and wanted a bag to go with all the Grogu and Mandalorian apparel I have in my closet. In addition, this bag was too adorable to pass up!

Turning this Outfit into a Couples’s Costume

Dressing up is fun, but more fun when you can dress up together with your significant other or best friend. With my Grogu-inspired outfit, my hubby is going to be Din Djarin, aka Mando.
My hubby is not big on dressing up (only for special occasions), so I had to find something that fits his style. His style is simple, a t-shirt and gym shorts kind of guy. I found the perfect way for him to dress up as Mando. It is with this t-shirt that says, “I am Mando.” He can easily pair it with one of his gym shorts or khaki shorts.

This shirt came from Amazon. It was ordered at the same time as the dress.

I can also get one of my nuiMOs involved with my outfit. I have a nuiMOs Ahsoka Tano Inspired Outfit(shopDisney purchase). If you watch the tv series The Mandalorian, you know that Ahsoka Tano appeared in Season 2 and helped out Grogu and Mando.

Do not worry! My furbabies will wear their Stars Wars costumes (Chewbacca and Wicket/Ewok.) They will be part of the Star Wars theme. I purchased their costumes from Petco years ago.
